Where Anchor’s Values Meet Ours.

Anchor Group Services works in the communities affected by knife crime every day. Their values, their sectors and their ESG commitments line up closely with what we do.

Security is in Their DNA

With over 30 years protecting people, places and communities, sponsoring knife crime prevention is a direct extension of Anchor’s core identity, not a bolt-on CSR exercise.

Core Identity Alignment

They Already Serve Schools

Anchor’s cleaning division delivers educational cleaning services, and their consultancy provides security advice across the education sector. They understand schools, and schools trust them.

Sector Alignment

ESG with Measurable Targets

Anchor takes a target-based approach to ESG. Knife Crime Matters provides formal social value evidence and documented impact, the kind Anchor’s clients and stakeholders ask for.

ESG & Reporting Alignment

National Footprint

With operations spanning shopping centres, transport hubs, manufacturing sites and public sector facilities across the UK, Anchor’s reach maps directly onto the communities most affected by knife crime.

The ‘Marzipan Layer’ Approach

Anchor’s collaborative model works across departments, so a partnership can be championed across Security, Cleaning, Consultancy and the rest of the business.

A Five-Part Programme.

The Knife Crime Matters programme is a structured five-part curriculum delivered in secondary schools. Each session builds on the last, taking young people from understanding the facts to building the resilience to stay safe.

1

Understanding Knife Crime

Opening the conversation with real data, dispelling myths, and establishing why knife crime is everyone’s concern.

2

Social Media, Influence and Knife Crime

How online culture, social media and influence shape attitudes to knives, and how to think critically about what young people see.

3

Peer Pressure, Exploitation and County Lines

Understanding the social dynamics and exploitation that draw young people in, and how to recognise and resist them.

4

Communities, Consequences and Victims

The real, human cost of knife crime and the many people every incident affects, ending on a message of hope.

5

Positive Choices, Resilience and Staying Safe

Building the skills, confidence and support networks that help young people stay safe and look to their future.

Every workbook is paired with a fully scripted, fifty-minute teacher guidebook. Written so that any member of staff can deliver the lesson with confidence, with no prior knowledge or specialist training required. Each guide includes a short briefing, clear timings, word-for-word guidance, ready-to-use activities with answer keys, and built-in safeguarding guidance.

Every Kit. Every School.

When seconds count, having the right equipment makes the difference between life and death. Every sponsored school receives a fully stocked emergency bleed control kit, and the knowledge to use it.
