EPIC (Empowering People Inspiring Communities Ltd.) is a charitable, community-based housing association operating across Stoke‑on‑Trent, Newcastle‑under‑Lyme, and the Staffordshire Moorlands.     EPIC owns around 1,400 properties, including one and two bedroom flats, houses, bungalows, supported living units, shared ownership homes, and commercial spaces – worth approximately £60 million

    Homes are let at social or affordable rent rates
  • Allocation & Waiting Lists
    EPIC allocates roughly 100 homes annually, with around half designated through a nominations agreement with Stoke on Trent City Council

    EPIC offers a range of services including repairs, money management support, help with anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud safeguards, and services via local partners. It actively involves tenants using a range of engagement methods such as charters, community events, and tenant events
